This no-prep, self-regulation coping strategies game provides a super fun and interactive way to help your students better understand their emotions. Students will learn which feelings and actions are associated with each color and self-regulation coping strategies they can use to regulate their emotions and get back to the "cool spot".
This activity would be perfect for an individual student to work on over a few sessions or for a self-regulation small group.
All of my Boom Cards have been updated to include audio on every slide to assist with reading.
